Rapid's software and services may be subject to export control laws and regulations, including those of the jurisdictions in which we operate. By using Rapid, you represent that you are not located in, and will not access the platform from, a country or region subject to comprehensive trade sanctions, and that you are not on any restricted-party list.
You may not use Rapid to help develop, produce, or deploy chemical, biological, or nuclear weapons, or missile technology, or in any way that would violate applicable export control or sanctions laws.
You are responsible for complying with any export or import laws that apply to your use of the platform in your jurisdiction.
