By accessing or using the Rapid platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you're using Rapid on behalf of an organization, you're agreeing on that organization's behalf.
You may use Rapid only for lawful purposes and in accordance with your subscription agreement. You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you connect and for keeping your account credentials secure.
Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in your order form.
Rapid is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rapid is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rapid is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
